There was a mom.
Doing all the right things—showing up for her family, building a business, juggling it all— but still quietly wondering, “Is this it? Am I enough?”

She had the life she prayed for.
But somewhere along the way, she’d lost herself in the hustle.
And it all came crashing down in an airport terminal—with chocolate milk in one hand, peanut M&Ms in the other, and tears she couldn’t quite explain.

That moment didn’t break her.
It woke her up.

Before the microphone, the retreats, or the stage…

A woman with curly blonde hair smiling while sitting on the floor against a beige background, wearing a white long-sleeve shirt and ripped blue jeans.

I’m Lauren Bondy.

A keynote speaker, mentor, and community builder who helps rural rooted individuals stop shrinking and start showing up—fully, boldly, and unapologetically.

I’m a farm girl at heart who traded late night bowls of cereal and spoonfuls of peanut butter for confidence and purpose—and now I help others do the same.

Whether I’m showing sheep with my girls, speaking to a crowd, or sneaking away for a Disney trip or family beach vacation, my heart beats for helping women and leaders remember their worth—and know it every day.

A smiling woman with wavy blonde hair, wearing a white ruffled tank top and light blue jeans, standing outdoors in a lush green area with trees and grass.
A family of five smiling, wearing Mickey Mouse ear headbands, in front of Cinderella Castle at Disney theme park.

I’ve spent the last decade mentoring hundreds of women, building communities, and learning that worth isn’t the finish line- it's the starting line. Today, I speak to rooms filled with teams and individuals who are doing all the right things… but still wondering if they’re enough. I’m here to remind them: you already are.

All the while, I’m raising three daughters with my ag-teacher husband in the same one stop sign Missouri town where I grew up—full of barn chores, gravel road dance parties, and early morning pep talks.

It’s not always glamorous.
But it’s real.
It’s grounded.
And it’s exactly the life I once dreamed of.

So whether you found me through a keynote, a retreat, or a scroll through social media—welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Because you?
You were made for more.
