This was the perfect day to take a reset day from the family and the busyness of life. I felt like I was able to truly let go of all the worries of life and motherhood, allow myself to let loose and be myself!

What I didn’t expect at all to take away from retreat:To find myself again. To realize that a lot of other women are going through similar chapters in life and forming connections by talking about it is priceless. To say fears out loud and having your mindset of “I can overcome this” reinforced. To set goals AND make a plan to achieve them
